About Craig Stanley

Mr. Stanley attended the University of Hartford and earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He was awarded a National Urban Fellowship through which he received his Masters in Public Administration from Baruch College. He served as Western Regional Manager at Wang Laboratories in Lowell, Massachusetts where he was responsible for the administration of 320 million dollars in computer sales and service contracts.  He returned to Newark, New Jersey to give back to his community and put his talents to use at Urban Data Systems, Inc., the only minority-owned computer forms manufacturing company in the nation at that time…

The Mission

  • Equity in education and training opportunities for young people; continue the push to achieve a thorough and efficient education for all NJ School children.
  • Living wage and improved quality of life and working conditions for working people. 
  • Improving worker safety and environmental justice and equity.
  • Greater access to affordable health care, child care and housing.
  • Greater opportunities for exposing young people specifically, but communities in general to persons and cultures different from their own. 
  • More access and mental health and counseling services.
